Scanner worked fine just a a couple of weeks ago. Now when attempting to scan, the window on the printer says processing... then returns to initial window but nothing happens. No scanner eye movement, no noise, no pop-up icon on computer...nothing. It was barely used for scanning. Stiil prints and copies fine, even via bluetooth. ANY THOUGHTS???
