Scanner 9000F Mark II driver/reinstallation problem

Hi community,

i hope, someone can help me.

 

After my try of re-installation of this scanner on the same notebook as before, now it doesn't work anymore. I use a Lenovo Notebook with anytime updated WIN10/64 OS [German] (same as before). Working with "IJ Scan Utility". Before the re-installation i had to delete each older canon printer drivers and -software by other reasons.

Maybe there's the reason, maybe because not all of formerly installations was uninstalled correctly or complete.

 

For Several times (and hours) now, tried to un-/re-installed each feature from driver-/installation CD, but it does'nt work. On the mask of "IJ Scan Utility" after press the "Scan"- or "Preview"-Button, the problem Nr. 5, 156, 61 / "USB Connection is disconnected / Scanner is switched off" is shown, although it is switched on and connected. 

 

On other WIN 10 Notebooks it runs correctly, but i need the connection / installation on my main notebook.

 

I need help to fix this problem and run the scanner as before. I would be grateful for some information.
