Return Label Needed for Toner Recycling

I have been trying to obtain a return label for weeks now.  Why does it take so long to fix something so simple.  Please fix the problem.  Our Earth is vital to all of us!

We had been using it for years using the same browser and shortcut, but hasn't worked for about a month or so now in any browser. It seems that this ius a pretty regular post, but I haven't found a solution posted yet.

If you're using the same shortcut, it could be trying to load a previous version of the website. Please try clearing your cache and cookies along with browser history.

I skipped the shortcut and went to the site directly. I also tried the link posted in this thread.
I also have tried clearing cache and cookies in 2 of the 3 browsers.

We've given you all of the information we have. If you are not receiving a label by email, please recycle your toner locally.
