I have been trying to obtain a return label for weeks now. Why does it take so long to fix something so simple. Please fix the problem. Our Earth is vital to all of us!

I have a Canon Colar Imageclass printer and am trying return the used toner cartridges.

You'll find the details of the toner recycling program HERE.
If you don't have local recycling facilities, request a label for your eligible toner cartridge, and one will be sent to you.

Stephen you must not have checked the website prior to replying as I stated the website has been malfunctioning for weeks now. I have used the program in the past so its not like I have never used it. It says try again in a few minutes well the few minutes have turned into weeks and weeks the website needs to be attended to as no label is currently being processed due to the malfuntion. Thank You.

Good morning!
I actually did try it. I usually try all of the solutions I offer, because I don't want to leave anyone with incorrect or missing information.
When you visit https://canon.us/recycletoner you will need to fill out the information, agree to the terms, confirm your information is correct, and print the label.
If yours is not working, try another browser or device like a desktop or laptop, and use Safari or Edge.
Sorry for the low quality, but this is from my personal Mac Mini M2 Pro on macOS Sequoia 15.5 using Safari. It is not connected to any Canon networks, VPNs, firewalls or anything:

We have been having the same issue for a long time now. I have tried Chrome and Safari browsers with no luck. Both return the same message.

Please try Firefox if you can, Chrome can get a bit wonky sometimes!
