I skipped the shortcut and went to the site directly. I also tried the link posted in this thread.I also have tried clearing cache and cookies in 2 of the 3 browsers.
We had been using it for years using the same browser and shortcut, but hasn't worked for about a month or so now in any browser. It seems that this ius a pretty regular post, but I haven't found a solution posted yet.
