While I was able to remove most products today from my account (for gear I sold back to B&H Photo), I'm unable to remove products that still have an active CarePak. No edit/delete buttons will show up for these items.
Is there any user-accessible method of ending a CarePak? And thus then being able to remove a no-longer-owned product?

Hi Ricky,
It's possible to transfer a CarePak from one individual to another during the contract. I don't think a business like KEH qualifies.
You won't be able to delete a product from My Canon while a CarePak is active. You'll have to contact support and see if they will remove it for you during the contract period.
Let us know what you find out.

Yea, kinda figured I would need to call up. As I wouldn't have any idea of the new owner (B&H Photo Used Department has the gear), I wouldn't be able to do any transfer.
