I had posted about creating a PDF and got some replies. However, under Discussions, it has disappeared. Search yielded nothing.

Hi, John!  As the topic didn't directly pertain to any Canon products, we pulled the posts.  In fact, in your first post on the topic, you wrote "Moderators, delete if irrelevant," and, well, that's what happened.
