Order Processing on a backorder product

I ordered the Canon G7x Mark II and about a week and a half ago the status changed to processing. However, it has been stuck on it ever since. I have not been charged or received any updates. Is anyone else having this problem? Is it about to ship? I'm getting my hopes up hoping it will be sent before the end of the month but I'm not sure.
