The online registration page does not record a date of purchase resulting in a failed registration process. The site allows for completion of all other information but goes back to an incomplete date and prevents completion. Any solutions out there?

Hi,
I wasn't able to duplicate the issue, but I would recommend clearing your browser cache or trying to register the item using a different web browser in case the issue has to do with the browser reading the page improperly.
