I don’t think it does. It looks like it was added to the 5d3, so I’d assume the 7D doesn’t have it. I suppose I see a use in having it in camera, but most would just do it in post processing.

What do you mean by double exposures? Bracketing? Or traditional double exposures laying two images over each other?

With digital cameras, multiple exosures are most easily done in post-production, combining images with Photoshop or whatever image editing software you use. It's far easier than trying to do multi exposure images in-camera.
