Ink order hasn't shipped yet

Seriously this is the worst website I've ever navigated.  Ordered ink a week ago and just realized, it hasn't arrived so signed in to check the status and it has yet to even leave the warehouse. No email regarding any issue and there is no one at all to contact.  There's support for everything else except online orders.  beyond frustrating. no general customer service or even an AI bot.  Done ordering direct.

I had no problem chatting in for an online order last week.

We can understand your frustration, msjmt.  You can check your order status anytime via your myCanon account or you can talk to our sales team Monday through Friday via chat or by phone at 1-800-385-2155.  When you call, please tell the automated operator that you'd like to place a new order so that you get routed to an agent.
