Since this forum first became public one very common question is whether the older lenses we still own from the film days will work on the new Canon DSLR many are considering buying. Like many things there are ways to use them but not necessarily as well as hoped for when trying to move to one of Canon DSLR's in your budget. This link is to a very good thread at another forum I've been a member at for some time & which has a lot of members exploring just about every possible avenue of photography. It's still a work in progress so there will be more info added as time passes but it's a very good start at helping point out what you need to know in your decision making re using older FD lenses with the EF / EF-S mount.
