Thank you for posting. I recommend that you remove the batteries from the camera, then cleaning the contacts on the batteries and inside the battery compartment using a soft microfiber cleaning cloth. This should improve the connection between them.
If this does not correct the issue, your camera will need to be serviced. To start your repair process, you'll need to complete a Repair Request on our website.
