I am trying to cancel my PIXMA Print Plan because I am selling the printer. However, whenever I log into my dashboard and click on the "My Subscriptions" tab, the webpage freezes on an infinite loading circle. Because of this glitch, I am completely unable to access my subscription settings to process the cancellation.
I have already tried logging in from different devices and multiple web browsers, clearing my cache, disabling ad-blockers, and using a private browsing window, but absolutely nothing works. The issue persists across all platforms, which clearly indicates a backend error with the account portal on Canon's end.
Any idea what do I do? It is frustrating that there is no email or way to log a ticket with Canon. Very poor support options.

Hi there. If you can't log into your Canon Account to cancel the subscription yourself, you'll need to speak with someone in sales so they can help get it taken care of. That group is available weekdays from 9am to 6pm (ET), at 1-800-385-2155. When it asks why you're calling, tell it you need help placing a new order. From there, you'll be able to speak with an agent who can help.
