Is there any possibility that I can change the due date for the invoice I received for the Pixma Print Plan? My pay date has changed recently and I'd like to adjust the date that the primt plan is due. I cant find a way to make this different or a way to email Customer service to request a change be made. I dont feel that this is an issue that requires I make a phone call and try to explain to an associate on the other end what it is I'm attempting to do considering I live in a rural community where cell phone service is sketchy to say the least. What could be taken care of in one email that only required seconds to write would become a difficult stressful event lasting most likely as long as the cell phone keeps enough service to not drop the call

Hi cantrellelleena,
You can cancel your enrollment in the PIXMA Print Plan and then re-enroll on the date that you wish to use as your due date for payment. So for example, if you wish to pay on the 21st, cancel on the 20th and then reenroll on the 21st. Then the next month, the due date will now be the 21st.
