Too funny stephen. You offer no support. You sell garbage, no help, lies. Canon sucks.

If you'd like assistance or have questions about your product, please start your own topic.  We'd be happy to try and assist you.  Please include the model of your device, connection method used, the version and build of the operating system you are using the printer with and any error messages which displayed or that you encountered.

Note, she replied to a 3(!) year old thread. Someone seems pretty bitter.

You cannot speak to a LIVE person without registereing your product.  My serial number is not being accepted to register.  So how do I get support from anyone at Canon?

Hi, kellyntrapp!  Please let us know which Canon model you need help with.  If it's a printer, please let us know the letter portion of its serial number (please do not post the number portion as posting the full serial number can compromise privacy).  Once we have that info, we can point the way.

We look forward to your reply!

Yes I did include it in an earlier message.  The serial number begins with AGXH

Thanks for that info!  I hadn't personally seen your other post yet.  A serial number beginning with AGXH corresponds to the PIXMA iP8720 specifically meant for sale only in Canada.  If you're trying to register it with Canon USA, it won't go through as our site is set up to only recognize US-model serial numbers.

If you live in Canada, be sure to register your product with our friends at Canon Canada.  If you live here in the United States, then we recommend contacting your dealer to let them know that this product wasn't meant for sale in this country and to see what they might be able to do for you.

Hope this info helps!
