HELP! Apparently others are having trouble registering their series iP8720 printers. Why is that? My serial number begins with AGXH and has the 5 numbers following. It is not detecting my product. What can I do to fix this issue?
I just purchased a PIXMA iP8720 printer. Unable to detect my printer, install all software and unable to register my product with the serial number on back of printer.
You cannot speak to a LIVE person without registereing your product. My serial number is not being accepted to register. So how do I get support from anyone at Canon?
