Hi, we have recently swapped our access system to seos cards using HID card readers. However when we wanted to use the HID 5427 G2 USB card reader on our test printer (ImageRUNNER 615i II) we were unable to get it to connect properly even after hours of tweaking the settings.
Is there a way to get it to work with the printer or is there at least a different supported reader that can read the Seos card format?
Additional information: We are using uniFlow for system management.

Hello.
I've been out of systems management for quite a while, but I do keep up. From what I understand, the Canon ImageRUNNER 615i II, will not work with most legacy readers. I guess new protocols were introduced? Any way, some of the tech forums suggest this: (see attached) As always, research this. I don't have the devices and was just curious, so I did a little digging.
