Trying to find the model number for a pixma printer with the serial number being LKNA[remainder removed for privacy].

Hi, kmackie!
Your Canon printer's model number should be displayed prominently on the top and/or front of the unit. Our model numbers typically begin with 2 or 3 letters (such as TS, TR, MX, MG, MB, MF, MP, LBP, iP, or iX) followed by up to 4 numbers.
We also checked our serial number listings and we don't have any models listed with serial numbers beginning with "LKNA". The closest we found was the PIXMA MX432 where units intended for sale and use in Canada begin with "LKN".
Again, the easiest way to find your model number is simply to look at your printer. The model number should be right there on the casing.
We hope this helps!
