I have a CanoScan 9000F MarkII and an Epson Stylus Photo 1400. Everything was fine when I had my new Dell XPS27 with Windows 10 but I had to exchange the computer for warranty problems. I have a new XPS27 and now I can't print with my scanner software. The error message says "Cannot print because a printer supported by this software is not installed." I have added drivers for both the scanner and the printer and still no luck. Can anybody help?

Hello.
What program is being used to perform the scan? The CanoScan 9000F Mark II should be using the IJ Scan Utility program. Please ensure that this program is being used to use the copy function.
