Disappointed with PIXMA Print Plan Accessibility for Hawaii Residents

I wanted to share my experience and disappointment regarding the PIXMA Print Plan subscription service. While it’s advertised as being available in all 50 states, I was surprised to find that Hawaii residents are excluded during the ordering process. According to the subscription details, Canon "does not ship to Hawaii or any U.S. offshore territories or possessions."

Last I checked, Hawaii is one of the 50 states—not a territory or possession. It’s disappointing to see this inconsistency in Canon's messaging. At a time when technology has made the world more connected than ever, it feels outdated to exclude Hawaii from a program that is supposed to reach across the entire United States.

The free three-month trial of the PIXMA Print Plan seemed like a great way to experience the benefits of the service, but unfortunately, I can’t even try it out due to this shipping limitation. If Canon truly aims to serve all 50 states, then Hawaii should be included as part of that promise.

I hope this feedback will encourage Canon to review and revise its policies to ensure inclusivity for all U.S. states. Accessibility and equity in service delivery are essential for building trust and customer satisfaction.

Thank you for taking the time to consider this. I look forward to seeing improvements in the future.

I don’t see where it was advertised as available in all 50 states.
