Canon doesn’t have a gmail email address. Call up either their Sales department or Support department. Additionally, if you have a question that this community may be able to answer, post it here.

I would beg the difference. Their sales department and customer service are pretty good until it comes to your package being delivered on time. I ordered a must have camera from Canon 10 days before I needed it. It was supposed to be delivered on a Monday. That would have given me two days before I needed. No camera was delivered on Monday. I called but got no help from Canon or FedEx, with the exception that FedEx say they would deliver the Camera by the next day, Tuesday by 2:30pm EST. Here it is on Tuesday, 5:30pm EST and still no camera. Calls to both FedEx and Canon only got me apologizes and no camera or delivery time or date except it will be delivered (today?). Has anyone else had problems with FedEx shipping for Canon..

Greetings,
Inserting yourself into another users thread, and one that isn't active is not an effective way to receive assistance. Contacting Sales is probably the best thing to do. You can also look in your MyCanon Acct for tracking Info:
If the shipment is with the carrier, you should follow up with them. I live on the other side of the country. Most items I order arrive in about 5 days. Unfortunately, UPS, FedEx and the postal service are not what they once were. 🙂

Canon couldn’t a) get back from THEIR warehouse to find out why my Gi-23 ink never made it to FedEx after placing the order on 12/1 the 1st time and I called on 12/3 because FedEx reported waiting to RECEIVE pkg. B). The first Superviser, should not even be employed by ANY COMPANY. No call backs when PROMISED.
Yesterday, 12/5 I called and spoke to a sales rep (not a supervisor) whose supervisor approved resending parcel AT NO COST (already paid and got nothing) EXPRESS TWO DAY. Today is Friday 12/6 near COB on East Coast and STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER. I was PROMISED to receive it on Tuesday 12/10. I will report if/when I get their 2nd attempt.
If I could purchase Genuine GI-23 ink bottles (all 6) from ANY OTHER SELLER, I’d never deal with Canon again. My experience and similar from others here should tell everyone to evaluate EVERYTHING, product and support when deciding where to spend your money.

I just received email from Canon with a FedEx tracking number Express shipment. Simple when Canon’s warehouse hands it to shipper, the customer receives the parcel eventually… and this the 2nd attempt.
FedEx has the parcel and has committed to delivery this Monday Dec 9. Wow!

2nd attempt? Good luck my friend

Dear Canon Team,
I hope this email finds you well. My name is Saad, and I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for collaboration regarding a review of the Canon EOS R5.
Allow me to provide some context to my request. I hail from Pakistan, where my journey as an aspiring filmmaker has been riddled with challenges. Despite financial constraints and limited access to resources, I have relentlessly pursued my passion for cinematography.
My YouTube channel, which currently boasts 4K subscribers, serves as a testament to my dedication and perseverance. Here, I share not only my creative endeavors but also the struggles and triumphs of a young filmmaker navigating an industry fraught with obstacles.
However, my journey has reached a critical juncture, and I find myself at a crossroads. The Canon EOS R5 represents more than just a camera to me; it symbolizes a beacon of hope, a catalyst for realizing my dreams in an industry that often feels beyond reach.
I am well aware of Canon's reputation for excellence in imaging technology, and the EOS R5 stands as a testament to your commitment to innovation and quality. As such, I am eager to feature the EOS R5 in an upcoming video review on my channel, where I will provide an honest and comprehensive assessment of its capabilities.
I firmly believe that a collaboration between myself and Canon could not only showcase the EOS R5 to a broader audience but also inspire countless others facing similar challenges to pursue their passions relentlessly.
Therefore, I humbly request your support in providing a sample of the Canon EOS R5 for review purposes. Rest assured, my review will be conducted with the utmost professionalism and integrity, focusing on providing genuine feedback and recommendations to both my audience and your esteemed team.
Thank you for considering my proposal. Your support would not only make a profound difference in my journey but also serve as a beacon of hope for aspiring filmmakers around the world.
Warm regards,
Saad
