Canon USA password recovery

Hello, I have not been on the Canon site for a long time and have forgotten my password. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the email address that is attached to my account. Is there anyway to get support on this? I've scoured Canon's site for help to no avail.

We're very sorry you're locked out of your My Canon Account. You can reach technical support at: 1-800-652-2666. Please try the following to reset your account and double check email spam folder for that reset email if possible.

To reset your My Canon Account password:

1.Go to http://mycanon.usa.canon.com
2.Choose "Sign In" under "I have a Canon Account"
3. At the Account Login screen, choose "Forgot your Password."
4. At the next screen, enter your email address. Then follow the instructions to reset your password and sign in. If you're still experiencing trouble accessing My Canon Account, our support team can put in help ticket to resolve issue.
