Canon 10x42 IS L WP Bino parts question

Hello,

I just picked up a nice used pair of the 10x42 IS L WP binos, there are a couple of issues I'd like to fix and was wondering if someone could direct me.

#1 The battery door won't lock closed when I turn the tab, it looks like the metal arm won't engage with the body.  I'd also like to get a new O ring.

#2  The left side rubber eye piece is missing, does anyone have a spare or know how I can get one ?

#3  Any idea what Canon charges to service these binos ?
