I want to return a product but seems the only way is to call. So I called the number shown in the 'return' button but there is no phone option for returns, only sales and support. So I choose 'sales' and 3 times in a row I get disconnected always after 10 min. Is there no way to reach Canon? No chat or email options?

I followed those directions and the only option is to call. Good news that finally after 45 minutes I got someone on the phone and got a RMA #.
There are some issues since when you call as described, there is no return option. There are only 3 options and 2nd option will hang up on you (asking for support). The first option to buy something new seems to work but that's odd. Canon really needs to fix this. I don't understand why this can't be done at least partially online.

Update: after finally reaching someone on the phone, I got an RMA and I said the camera looks to me defective but not sure if just bad design (weird focus issues, pulsing of video in broad daylight, blue W/B). But nevertheless I had to pay $40 in return shipping. Definitely will never buy again from Canon. I don't know any other site that requires you to call and then pay return shipping costs (not B&H or Amazon).

Yes I followed those instructions and there is no 'return' option on that number. However saying I want to buy something new worked (the 2nd option will hang up on you and 3rd I got in a loop). But that took 45 minutes:-(. I wish like any other company you can do things online.
Also the address is incorrect I found on the RMA packing slip. But that's minor thing (suite 106 instead of 104).
