I am trying to register my Canon Pixma 6020 but every time I click "create account" it brings me to a screen with hot air balloons saying "Our heads aren't in the clouds. We're just improving our corporate site." Then it gives me links to the Canon USA site, the Online store, and the Forum. I click the Canon USA and try to create an account and it brings me back to the same screen with the hot air balloons. I was able to register for the forum but nothing else. Is this a long term thing that going to be going on for a while?
