Canon has a huge line of cameras from point-and-shoot, advanced compacts to dSLR. I suggest the Camera discussion is too broad to be effective and a better option would be to divide this category into more specific categories, please.
I like the idea of this forum and I hope it is very successful.

Bang on with that suggestion.
Did anyone at Canon join or look at other forums to see how it is done?
Not that difficult to organize according to Camera models, Speedlights, lenses, shooting subject (sports, strobist, product...), meet-ups by area, fun stuff, complimentary aftermarket gear...

I totally agree!
I like the idea of a Canon forum and think that separating the many models of Canon cameras and accessories would make the forum much more usable and friendly.
