I'm a long time CPS member. I recently send in my R52 for a repair and had a bad experience. To Canon's credit, they eventually worked it out, but I was surprised by what I would politely call poor customer service.
On Dec. 8 I requested to demo a lens that I might end up purchasing. No response. I followed up again with a second email on the 19th. Nothing. Today I called since I'm now a week from my shoot. The CPS rep said there's no way to contact them, just send another email. No help. Didn't really even seem to care.
Are others having similar experiences with CPS?

Yeah, CPS can be a bit of a headache when the site or the portal is acting up. Usually, when the membership or points aren't showing right, it’s just a delay in their database syncing with the login. Have you tried logging out and clearing your browser cookies before jumping back in? Sometimes using a different browser entirely helps bypass those weird portal glitches too.
