What lenses would you recommend for indoor sports? I have my eye on the rf 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1l is usm, but a Youtuber I talked to thinks it would be too dark. Any thoughts?Roller Derby is what I want to shoot.

24-105 f/4L - RF worth it over EF v2?

Thinking of picking up a 24-105 f/4 as the one zoom in my kit. The RF version worth the premium over saving on an EF II? I already have a control ring adapter for my R6mk2, and the size concern isn’t huge for me. Thanks!
