I did a dumb thing and installed the Beta version of Mac Os Ventura and now my Canon EOS T7 does not connect to my computer for Zoom or Facetime. Any solutions? Is the Webcam App going to be upgraded?

Quite a bit of work potentially, but you can use your Mac's recovery mode to re-install the OS version that shipped with the Mac. Of course if your Mac is a few years old, that version will also be old.
Beta OS versions are best installed on separate partitions so you can play around with it and keep your main partition alone.

Is there and chance that the R5 eos software will be upgraded to be compatible with Mac OS ventura?

Greetings,
Time Machine is also helpful in these cases... Big time saver.
It's also free.
