Canon 90D not Connecting to EOSWebcam Utility Pro

Hello, I am having a hard time figuring out why my Canon EOS 90D will not connect to EOS Webcam Utility Pro (Mac, latest version). The interesting thing is that there is no problem connecting with EOS Utility 3, and my other two cameras (a rebel t6 and a Powershot sx70 hs) connect perfectly fine to all software.
I’ve basically tried everything in the book, (reset camera settings, got a new IFC-600PCU cable, disabled camera WiFi, connected it to a different usb port on my computer, etc) but the problem remains. As I said, my computer DOES recognize my camera, just not with EOS Webcam Utility Pro.

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions before I reach out to Canon directly?

Hello Chases_97138,

We would recommend exiting and closing any applications that may be running on your computer, or in your task tray that may be connected to your camera or using the camera’s LiveView video signal. For example: Canon's EOS Utility or an application connected to the camera like another video conferencing app. When you connect the camera, there is an icon in the top right corner (MAC) or bottom right corner (Windows) of your computer screen for EOS Utility. Make sure that you close that. It will keep the Webcam Utility from connecting to the camera. Are you connecting via USB or Wi-Fi?

As I said in my original post, I’ve done all of that, still to no avail.
