EOS Webcam utility not showing anywhere but OBS

I've tried everything from uninstalling zoom and webcam utility and installing it again, nothing seems to be working. It's not showing anywhere but OBS. It's also not showing up on the web version of zoom, skype or google hangouts. 

My only solution was to use the OBS virtual camera feature, but if I can avoid using this, that would be great. 

I'm on Big Sur v11.2.2, zoom v.5.5.5, and official webcam utility for macOS

Exactly the same for me as well. I had previously gotten it to work in Zoom, maybe a month ago.
