EOS Webcam Utility wont log me in

Hey i need help, every time i try to log in to the app it take me  true the log in page i log in but when it returns to the app it still show i that haven't log in and because of that a cant use my subscription not do much with it. HAs anyone ever had this problem or know how to fixt it I've tried uninstalling and installing and repairing and i don't know what to do please someone help.

I'm sorry to hear when you try to log into the EOS Webcam Utility it isn't sticking. To trouble shoot this we would need a little bit more information. What operating system is on your computer? What version of the EOS Webcam Utility do you have installed? Do any error messages show when you try to log in, and if there is an error message what does it say word for word?

One other thing is that you may need to call in to phone support to check your account. We do not recommend posting personal account details on the forum, so to trouble shoot your account we would recommend calling in. The phone support team can be reached at 1-800-652-2666 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday.

Hey thanks for answering am using windows 11 and the newest version of EOS webcam 2.3 and there is no errors nothing pups up

I called them and they dint not know what is going on ether.
