EOS Webcam Utility doesn't see EOS R5 C as a webcam

Hi guys,

I have a #CanonR5C and I've installed EOS UTILITY latest version.

* Installed Webcam Utility.

* Put my camera in video mode

* USB feature to UVC

* Can not see it as a webcam when connected to pc.

What should I do?

Should I try WEBCAM PRO?

I'm using OBS studio and plan to use the Streamyard app as well.

Can you help?

Ahh.  Please close the EOS Utility and also the Camera Detect app that's running tin the system tray, then retry. 

What cable are you using to connect the camera?  The one supplied by Canon or another?

Are you connecting directly to an available USB port or via a hub or adapter?  If you have Wi-Fi turned on, please disable this.

Hi Rick,

I found the solution.

First I checked another software cslled Streamyard, it saw the camera immediately.

When I went to OBSStudio, I still did not see.

But the FPS was set as - Custom(sorry for Turkish menu)

When I set this to "Device Default" I got the view without problems in OBS.
