Thanks for checking in with us.
According to our tech notes, the latest version of EOS Webcam Utility should be compatible with the latest version of macOS, which is Ventura, macOS 13.
Since that's the case, it would help to know more about your setup.

EOS Utility 3 is not working either, over USB. Mac OS 13.5 / EOS 6D
In Mac's System Information App, I can see my camera is connected:

I'm having the same problem and couldn't find any solution.
The software computer is running but I can't get any images.
I am using Canon EOS M50 Mark II.
I connect it to computer via usb with dongle. (Dongle is working, no problem)
I'm using MacBook Ventura 13.0

I had high hopes when I saw there was a new version released. It seemed to work for a little bit with OBS, then became jerky with really low frame rate.
I opened up htop and the library is using 106% of CPU (more than OBS which acts as a virtual camera for me).
At this point, I'm looking to get a camera from another manufacturer that will work for me.
