Cant Get My Canon EOS Rebel T6 to show up in EOS Webcam Utility

I have my Canon EOS Rebel T6 plugged into my MacBook Air via USB. (wifi disabled on camera). I installed the latest version of EOS Webcam Utility but I can not select my camera. the source tabs are greyed out
