weird white glare in photots

Hey Community, Im a newbie here and I've been getting this weird white glare in all of my photos see examples below , 

I tried to clean lens and viewfinder but still getting it. Can anyone help me out

Probably a broken shutter. Time for a new camera.

thanks, im assuming theres now way of fixing right ?

You could check into repair. I had an $85 P&S camera that wouldn't focus and was quoted $100 to fix. Bought a new camera for less money.

Man you gotta be careful as a T3 isn't worth very much.  A good working used T3 might be a better solution if that is the direction you want to pursue. $100 for average to a max $200 for a mint copy.

Quick question - not a tech, BTW.... Are you using a flash, or any kind of filter on your lens (piece of glass that screws onto the end of the lens)?
