Does anyone know if you can adjust these setting to help lower "Red" intensity?

Part of the software package that comes with the camera is Picture Style Editor which you can use to tune a picture style.

Thanks for the response. I'm trying to find other ways to cut down red lights during concerts shoots.

I don't know how to do it in-camera. You could try in post.

May be you should try WB Shift / BKT in shooting tab two. You will be able to manually fine-tune the colours of your pictures.

Is entire photo "too red" or is it just the red lights that are too intense?

What type of lights are they?  Are they laser lights?  Lasers are highly polarized, so a CPL filter might help.

without seeing an image it's difficult to diagnose. They may simply be small "hot spots" that are too small to influence exposure but have high brightness. You could try Neutral picture style.
