my 2000D in my photo booth keeps giving blank pictures

I have the Canon 2000D in my dslr photo booth, the pictures were coming out blurry, I fixed the problem but now for some reason when it takes the picture it just gives a blank image. It makes the sound like it’s taking the photo but I get nothing. Does anyone know what setting I might have on or off that can change the outcome?

Greetings ,

Review the image settings on your camera.  Ensure it's set to jpeg... I think that's what we used with a SL3 (photo booth) in our office.

How did you fix the blurry picture problem my picture are coming out blurry too

Take the camera out of the photo booth and use it normally. Set the lens for AF. Take pictures at various distances to see if they are focused.

If they are, put it back in the booth and try it. In the booth, are you using autofocus, or manual focus for a certain distance?  Is the lens you have able to focus close enough for that distance?

Set lens to MF. Focus manually.  Once set, you should be able to forget about it.
