so today I bought the Canon EOS RP and after using it for the whole day and shot aprox 350 pics this happened and it wasnt changing, it doesnt interfere with anything its just a visual glitch but it kinda getting on my nerves

You could buy a very small memory card.
All the Canon cameras that I have are the same way.

You should have said in your original post what your issue was. The 9999 is approximately how many more photos that your memory card has room for. It can only go to 9999, so you have more than 9999 photos left to take. It is normal and not a problem. Once you get below 9999 left, it will start to count down. The larger your memory card, the longer it will take to start to count down.
