What lenses do you have?
If you are not invested in EF glass, the R6.

We can be far more helpful if we get some more details.
What kinds of images do you shoot? Especially, do you shoot moving images of people, animals etc?
What do you intend to produce? From on-line posts through digital displays to large, framed prints the requirements for resolution vary considerably.
As KV asked, what gear do you already have?
If you can help us with some more detail, we can give you more relevant advice.

I already have EF lenses like canon 100m , 24 105 (both full frame) besides my tokina 11 20mm , tamrom 18 400 m. I just a beginner, old guy that I want to spend my free time in photography as a hobby , animals , landscape , macrophotos, no more a videos person , just shooting pictures. Thank you for help me with my decision . I understand that I can use an adapter for R6 but maybe it’s more complicated.

Since you are an "old guy" - and most of us fit that description - do you figure this is your last camera?

I already invested in EF lens but I read that I can use a mount adapter , Amazon has one for almost $200 but they are more cheaper . My only if I get the R6 and get that mount adapter all functions on the camera will be work good ?a. Lady told that she has speed issues with the adapter .

"If you are not invested in EF glass, the R6"
I would take this a bit further. If the R6 is in your sights, go for it. Even though you may have some EF lenses, the R6 format is the future. EF is not, it is a dead end, no matter how old you are.

Be sure to only buy tha Canon mount adapter. There are issues with the third party knock-offs. The Amazon marketplace is never my first choice for gear.
