Webcam functionality on EOS Rebel T3i?

I recently bought an EOS Rebel T3i secondhand, and it is listed as having webcam functionalities on pages such as Amazon. Despite this, I cannot get it to connect to my computer, even through Webcam Utility Pro. Is there something else that I should be downloading? Are there any applications compatible with this camera at this point?

The EOS T3i is not listed as being compatible with Canon EOS Webcam Utility. See this page and scroll down to compatable cameras:
