I’ve twice recorded the lenses and hardware I own in Canon.com (to help with insurance records), but it seems impossible to see, let alone print, a list of them. Anyone any idea what I’m doing wrong? I’ve contacted Canon support for help, but it’s been crickets there.
thanks

Hello, Mike, and welcome to the forum!
I keep a shortcut on my desktop that takes me right to my registered products. If you are in the U.S, Click Here to get to your "My Products" page.
I use the Chrome browser, but most are the same. What I do is click the 3 dots to open the options, and select "Print". If you are using Windows, you get some other printing options, like PDF, but you might have to have the free version of Acrobat Reader installed, I'm just not sure. I get it as an option. Click the thumbnail to enlarge.

thanks Newton.
I'm using safari and go to "myaccount". There I can see, under "my products" my camera body and three lenses, and that's it. When I click "view all", there's nothing else. I registered another three lenses earlier in the year, but they're not shown. Maybe I need to start over, is there some trick to entering the details?
thanks

Your welcome.
Nothing special involved, just follow the "Continue" prompts until you get to the "e-mail receipt sent" message. As for re-entering the missing items, I don't see a problem with that. If they mysteriously show up some day, just delete the duplicate. I've had double entries before.

Greetings,
There is no "trick" to product registration. I believe you are on the right track. 😀 The most common reason devices don't appear in your MyCanon portal is because they were registered using another email address. Is this possible?
