URGENT - EOS 5D Mark IV multiple menu icons and options missing

I recently purchased my camera from MPB.com. It works fine, but when I attempted to update the firmware, I noticed multiple menu icons and options were missing. I do not even see an option to reset the camera to factory settings. Any suggestions?

Please see two photo examples below - my camera only shows the 'multi function lock' option and there are only 3 menu tabs instead of the 5 that are seen in the video example

What mode do you have the camera in? Auto? Manual?  Some menus are only available in certain modes.

Also, no photos were attached to your post.

I literally just realized I was in Auto. Greatly appreciate your quick response to help anyway
