Turn Off Cameo moded

I have gotten my Canon T6i set to crop all pictures to a cameo type picturte and can't find where to turn that off so I get full screen. This only seems to happen wth my telephoto lense at full magnification. Please help.

I am unclear just what your issue is, but here is how to set the aspect ratio:

Just reset your camera to default settings whenever you get something that you don't know how you did.
