The erase button on my 6D isnt working.

i recently bought a  Canon 6D and i was erasing some photos from the camera when suddenly the erase button wouldnt bring up the erase option on the LCD. i dont know what the problem is. Any help please!!

Did you bring up the image you want to erase before pressing the erase button?

Yes i did. And these arent protected images either.

Does it say "card is protected" when you press DELETE button? It's the only thing I can think of atm. If it is, the card protected switch is turned on, you can switch it off on the card.
