T3i AWB issue in movie mode

I just picked up a Canon T3i and have noticed that in movie mode, I cannot access Automatic White Balance settings in the quick menu. I've asked all my photography friends and they don't know how to fix this issue. Any ideas on how to make it show in the quick menu in movie mode?

That worked great thanks! Now I'm having trouble setting the custom white balance by taking a picture of a white sheet of paper. The custom white balance is coming out far from white even while using a perfectly white paper.

The hard part about custom white balance is being sure that the white target is actually getting the exact same light as the subjets you want to film/photograph.
