T1i "un fixable"

Cara

Hi. I've had my 3 year old T1i at best buy being fixed because it stopped working correctly. They just called my husband and said it was unfixable and that we should come pick out a new camera. We had a warranty. What would you recommend me getting as a replacement. I have a lens I'd like to still be able to use. I haven't researched cameras in 3 years and I'm horribly not knowledgeable in the ins and outs of these. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!!

If you liked the T1i then consider a T5i if your warranty will cover it. If not, one of the less expensive Rebel options. Any lens that fit the T1i will fit any other Rebel.

We upgrade to the t5i. Now I need to figure out how to use it and take advantage of its coolness.

Check out  Blue Crane Digital's website.

If you were comfortable with the T1i, you will quickly transform to the T5i.  You are going to love it. Smiley Happy

How about the articulated back?  Ain't it worth it alone?
