Sharpness suggested setting ideas for EOS Rebel T7

Hey everyone ! 

what would ya suggest I set my rebel t7 with 70-300 lens attached to sharpen my photos ?  Any suggested mode , etc ..

I have it on my macbook pro ..

 but i think i will get the dpp express as well for my iPad but ill definitely read the manual for the program.. i appreciate that resource very much

I’m moving to spring valley Nevada soon myself 

I will be spotting at Nellis quite a bit , I’ve been out there a few times , had a couple raptors flex right over me .. that was pretty cool
