I am sending a body for the 18-point maintenance service. I cannot find if I need to send a battery and cards with the body. I do find it says to include "...only the accessories that are associated with the problem..." Since I am not having any problems, do I include battery and a card?

I would only send one battery. It’s a Canon product. Record the serial number.
Card is optional. I never send cards. Never had an issue.

Hi, I would like to know if you sent to maintenance your camera? Did you send the battery or something else? How much time takes the maintenances?

I did send it for a cleaning and maintenance. I included a battery but no card. Sent out and got back within a week.
